Front desk is very polite and professional but their mechanics are either inept or they are dishonest. Went in to replace front brakes on my X5, they came back said my calipers were shot and gave me an estimate of 1600 for the front brakes with crappy Lordco pad and rotors with rebuilt calipers! Went to the BMW dealer, full front brake service 600 and no issues with calipers. Tried them again for a stiff steering issue, and alignment, they said a I needed a new rack and couldn't do the alignment, estimate of 3000 plus labor,! Went to the dealer replaced steering column Ujoint had the alignment without any issues 450 later problem fixed and had a nice loaner car. They even messed up balancing tires on my 740i Sport, they failed to notice staggered wheels and installed them backwards, they fixed it after I noticed it which was right away but their attention to detail isn't as good as it need to be. Bottom line is they do not properly diagnose problems and just throw parts at it until it's fixed.
