I love the chain of restaurants, but I find I am no longer a fan of this particular location. I`ve been failed now a couple of times when ordering a cut of meat that has not been cooked to my specifications, and was extremely disappointed the day I stepped in to discover that their famous salad bar had been removed, along with their choice selection of soups and fresh dinner rolls. Now what is ordered off the menu just isn't the same unfortunately. The atmosphere is always loud and can often feel overcrowded, and with such a high seating capacity, it seems this location is often understaffed, resulting in long wait times for both food and beverages.
