Our goal is “Helping you to Know Your Home.” Delivering Experience & Professionalism I am a Certified Professional Inspector (CPI) What makes me stand out from all other home inspectors is having owned and operated my own renovation and construction business for over 20 plus years. I bring with me a wealth of knowledge of the do’s and don’ts currently found in many homes today and can recognize them for you. I am a member in good standing of InterNACHI, the International Association of Certified Home Inspectors and graduated through Carson and Dunlop’s program through Durham College with Honours. I follow InterNACHI’s and OAHI comprehensive Standards of Practice. I also offer THERMAL CAMERA imaging which can allow more insight into the inspection process. It is a great way to know if there are any walls or ceilings containing less insulation than others. It is also a great way to find cold areas which could mean moisture behind the drywall. These areas are then tested with a high level moisture meter to confirm if moisture is present. These are only some of its uses. I have helped many families feel better about their purchases once the underlining issues of the home if any are brought to the table.
