For the second year in a row UPS lost our Christmas parcel coming from out of provience. In a two week period I was told many different stories. Although looking online it was not getting up dated. It was delayed different times for weather but the days it was delayed due to weather it was nice weather. Finally After 25 days I received a call from Purolator who delivers UPS in our town. They had our parcel. The next day I received a call from UPS to see I had received it. But they were the ones investigating it? Funny how they didn't know.
