My friend and I chose to go to East Side Marios for lunch today.. probably the worst mistake ever.. Now I've dined at East Sides MANY times before and never had an issue.. Well we both ordered our meals.. And the all you can eat salad and bread before was good as usual.. but our pastas came.. I took one bite of my chicken off thet op of my pasta it was cold. it wasn't even cooked actually.. And my friend had tortellini and it was still frozen inside.. we brought this to the waitresses attention who informed us it was busy and hard to keep up the demand for food.. and she apologized.. I refused to eat uncooked chicken though.. so I said to her.. that's fine I will stop at the salad and bread and I am fine.. she never offered to get me a cooked meal.. nor my friend.. so we went to pay and we were charged for our main meals.. we both refused to pay that though.. but they said we had the all you can eat salad and bread that comes with the meal prior to it.. I will never return to dine there again
