Are you finding it difficult to fit exercise into your day? Then let us come to you! Did you know that only 20 minutes of exercise each day can boost your mood for 12 hours? Who wouldn't want that! Get a group of at least 6 together and we will come to your workplace/location and kick your butts!
Accountability and work challenges are a great way to stay fit and utilize your time wisely! Just call or email us and we will direct you to the trainer in your area!
Working out with your co-workers is a great way to get to know each other and build relationships to help improve your working environment. It's also a great way to make improvements in your overall physical appearance and well-being. You'll feel more energized in your everyday life, and will look and feel more confident about your body.
Bridal Bootcamp is offered in small group private sessions at a location of your choice. If participant minimum for private sessions cannot be met we will honor bridal prices at any existing location with 4 or more people. We recommend starting your program at the very least 6 weeks before your wedding date. Have your closest friends and family join you on a journey.
