• 1 hour full-body Reiki session ($60) • 1 hour combination crystal chakra balancing & Reiki session ($60) • 1 hour crystal therapy session ($60) • 1/2 hour crystal body layouts ($40) for relaxation and stress relief • Reiki training - all levels Please note: Sessions will typically last longer to allow for assessment and/or follow-up from previous session. Not sure what Reiki and Crystal Healing are all about? Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is based on the idea that if one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress. Reiki heals by flowing through the affected parts of our energy field and charging them with positive energy, allowing the life force to flow in a healthy and natural way. Crystal Healing has been used to heal and restore balance since the earliest times. Crystals help to release and clear negative energy and are wonderfully effective healing tools.
