AcroFit Alternative Fitness aims to make health and fitness fun by using athletic and acrobatic activities such as aerial silk, pole fitness, ballet barre, acro balance and aerial yoga to get in shape. Owned and operated by Cirque du Soleil veteran Darren Bersuk, AcroFit also specializes in personal training and group fitness classes.
Group Fitness classes include: Mini-Trampoline, Flex-AB-ility, Booty-ful-to-the-Core, Pole Conditioning, AcroFit Full-Body Conditioning, and many more. YES, AcroFit is for EVERYONE. First time trying something like this? No problem. AcroFit offers Intro classes in all of their class offerings. AcroFit is a discrimination-free zone and encourages people of all shapes, abilities and fitness levels to give us a try.
