The mobile pet grooming vehicle has all of the equipment that a normal grooming salon has and it brings it right to your front door.
The services will include: • Bathing • Shampoo • Condition • Shedding brush • Drying/ Fluffing • Haircut/ Clipping • Nails Trimmed • Ears Cleaned • Eyes Cleaned • Shedding/ Furminator • Coat Spray • Cologne (at owners request) I intend to provide superior pet services and client services. Here are the client services I provide: • Convenient Appointment Scheduling • Appointment reminder calls. • Convenient hours for pet owners. • Service at the pet owner’s home. • Pet care consultation services. • Written service records. • Assistance for pet owners with special care pets. Professional customer service is being on-time as promised. I know first hand, that customers want to reach an actual person rather than voicemail. I follow-up with a call after every appointment to verify quality of service. I engage in continuing my education and training for grooming techniques. The Crafty Pet Spa is equipped with a state-of-the-art vehicle. It has all of the latest equipment to ensure the safety and quality care of the customer’s pet. Hot water and waste water tank to capture all dirty water. Hygienic environment to ensure pets don’t get fleas and is not stressed by the experience. Total experience clean and safe environment.
