I'd like to start this review by stating I am not one to normally go out of my way to write a negative review. However, my experience with HellCat concrete has been such a negative experience that i am taking time out of my day to make sure every person who decides to hire a company to do a project stays as far away from this company as possible. They state in their description that they earned a reputation for their excellent quality and reliability, although take it from a person that has dealt with this so called 'company' first hand, they have supplied me with nothing they had claimed.
