My initial impression about her services were very positive but on my wedding day things didn't turn out the way I expected. The eye liner ran onto my eyelids. I had requested to have a softer eyebrow but it was thicker than normal and the extensions were falling out of my head towards our reception dinner and the curls did not last. I was running late for our pictures and she was not respectful to the fact we needed to go and there was no time left to fix my hair. She then waited in my parking lot constantly texting me she can fix my hair but again did not respect we were late. She then continued to text me throughout the wedding constantly and when I sent her pictures of what a disaster my hair and makeup looked she finally decided to let me enjoy my wedding dinner by stopping her constant texts. The next day we spoke and I expressed how upset I was and she didn't seem to have any empathy for the fact I'll never get my wedding day back. We asked for a partial refund and she refused.
