PB Aluminum offers TERRIBLE quality install and service for downspouts and eavestroughs. I contacted Patryck and he agreed to install new eaves and downspouts on Thu June 4th, 2015. He showed up on with a helper the day before, insisting I had the wrong install date. I had the installation day in writing on his estimate. I should have sent him home there and then, but I was too nice, and allowed him to go ahead with the work. Patryck completed the work and was paid in full, however the quality of the workmanship was not up to what he promised. He never installed any connectors for the downspouts so it was just a matter of time for the downspouts to come apart and fall off the eaves. I contacted Pat regarding the issue and sent him my address. He promised he would come and do the repair in late Summer 2018. I contacted him several times after that, sent him images and text him without ever receiving a reply. Had to have the repair done by another company and now I am out $350.
