Being one with yourself is a life journey that requires guidance not only mentally, spiritually but also physically.
I've been active all my life from being part of multiple competitive teams in high school to. With the experience of competing in model fitness, I’ve realized that this is my calling. During my period of committed training, I was motivated to get my certification in International Sports Specific Association (ISSA) and became a personal trainer. Giving and sharing the knowledge back by paying it forward through something that I love is my reward. Ultimately my desire is to go beyond that by teaching the joy of exercising which inevitably is a branch to true happiness. That within itself is a great feeling of accomplishment.
