Adam Senuik Painting

Don't use Adam Senuik Painters, part of the University First Class Painters franchise. No priming on cedar shingles; no second coat except for one wall that got rained on; paint that ran on part of my patio not cleaned properly; door trim mess around edges, like done by a five year old; 2 x 10, long entrance railing and door frame not sanded and primed. New paint scratches off with brown paper grocery bags passed across it revealing old paint below. A fingernail can roll off the paint. Guests have pointed it out. New vertical 1 x 5's also at the entrance, only got one coat of paint leaving staple holes exposed and rusting, as well as portions with no paint. Contacting them has been almost impossible. What's with their/guarantee warranty? I paid $7000 for this job which at best is lousy.
