Smitty's Family Restaurant

This is located right in the largest retail mall in Fredericton. This makes it great for shopping and eating without having to eat at a food court with only fast food options and cafeteria style seating - yuck. This is a great quite spot with lots of seating. I love the huge fish tanks they have with lots of tropical fish in them. It neat to watch while you wait for you food or great for occupying children if you have children with you. They have quick service at reasonable prices. I personally love their breakfasts. You can get really mainstream breakfast (build your own) for next to nothing or you can go fancy and get what I love - the breakfast skillet. The breakfast skillet is still a great price and has more food than one person could ever be expected to eat. They come in a variety of flavors and include eggs, meat, a home fries, cheese, and if you want depending on the variety different veggies such as mushrooms and peppers. This is all mixed together and heated in a large skillet and served. Delicious
