Inspect Tech Property Inspections continuously attends seminars and educational upgrade programs to keep up to date with the ever evolving home building industry. Matt Dickert is a certified home inspector through Fanshawe College and is working towards RHI designation. Matt has also successfully completed Ontario building code technical training courses in building envelope and building health and safety. We use an on-site computer generated inspection reporting system that is complete, comprehensive, easy-to-understand and above all legible. We provide our clients with the option of receiving a report book or soft copy of their inspection report. We use state of the art equipment that is standard with every inspection; Flir infrared cameras, REED video borascope, REED moisture meters, Nikon HD cameras, roofing pole cameras and standard electrical testing equipment. This equipment is standard with no surcharge or hidden fees.
