Espresso ottawa saved my old saeco giro coffee machine Joe showed me how to properly maintain my machine so it would last i was using really dark coffee a big no no plus not lubing which broke my grinder and the gear that drives the brew group it only took two days wow vary impressive considering the last time i had it repaired elsewhere it took weeks THANKS JOE YOUR THE BEST ps coffee you gave me is delicious will be back for more cheers
