Central Toronto Veterinary Emergency Clinic

This is the worst clinic in the city I would suggest you stay away whether your pet is sick or healthy you don't want to deal with this clinic. When you walk in this place you are confronted by miserable receptionists all need a course in customer service they clearly have no training in it. They are the face of this establishment and when you are being charged crazy amounts of money to look after your loved one the least they could do is offer a friendly word or smile to ease the pain of the stress it is to bring in a sick pet. I can't stress enough how a smile and a friendly word from one person can make a difference in dealing with difficult situation. The vet was very rude.. I am not sure why she even became a vet. That certainly is not a transparent business practice. Thanks for nothing Central Toronto Veterinarian Referral Clinic. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. I feel that even a 1 is being generous, they deserve 0 out of 10.
