Please do not take your loved ones here!! Yes loved ones, my dog snowball is part of the family. Grooming Tails clearly does not understand this, I feel Grooming Tails is on the verge of animal neglect. The owner also has no problem verbally abusing her well paying customers, and hanging up on them. I want to warn all pet owners! Please do your research, when taking your pets anywhere. I learn't me lesson with Grooming Tails, and I will never go back again!
