Worst unsafe experience ever, wish I could give zero stars. Had a terrible experience with the OWNER from whom I got a full body wax done. She used a USED DEPILATOR. When I saw there were slivers of previous customer's hair on it, and objected, the lady said that I was mistaken. And unfortunately I believed her. She did my body wax using the same used depilator and within a few minutes I developed a rash all over my body, even on the bikini area. The nasty itch lasted 2 weeks and the itch worsened with new hair growth. A couple of days later, I went to see the owner of the parlor (who did my waxing). I showed her my badly scratched and bruised legs and she said- Well, I can't do anything, you must've done something by yourself or caught up an allergy. And while she said that she was extremely rude and derogatory. I told her I wasn't looking for money back, I just came to show you this so you don't do this to any other customer. While I was hoping her to apologize, guess what she did- She asked me to get out!
