All of our final grades pass inspection the first time, guaranteed. We measure our own elevations with a laser level at the start of every job and run string lines to ensure proper grade. In fact, we don't even bill you anything until you have the City approval in your hands. Our engineer surveys the following day to minimize the chance of rain washout or 3rd party damage, and with good relations with the city inspectors we receive approvals quickly.
