To demonstrate our commitment to the standard and our trust, we offer a lifetime warranty on our work covering both labour and materials as long as the vehicle is registered in your name.
What is covered under this warranty: Body work: We provide a Lifetime Warranty against defective workmanship. As a business practice our Lifetime Warranty does not cover flaws or damages that are related to abuse, rust, scratches, stone chips, subsequent theft or collision, unfavorable vehicle maintenance and care. Paint Work: We provide lifetime warranty on our painting work against solvent blistering or cracking. However, the warranty does not cover deterioration caused by road wear, damage, and unusual environmental causes. Part: We ensure materials/parts/assemblies that are used in our repairing process are of the best quality. Those materials/parts/assemblies carry respective manufactures’ warranties. We will assist in handling the warranty issues with the respective manufactures. Rust repairs are not warrantable due to their nature. Our Facility Our 4, 000 sq/ft bay area accommodates numerous vehicles at a given point of time. Ultimately it ensures us delivery of vehicles on time to our customers. We use the latest Autobody repair shop equipment. We utilize unibody frame straightening equipment for those heavy hits that require frame repairs and bring back the damaged frames to factory specifications. Our Automotive refinish department has a semi-downdraft paint booth with a baking cycle for efficient process. We use superior quality paint products like RM high quality brand with waterbourne environmentally friendly products. The semi-downdraft booth with the baking cycle is guaranteeing to have superior quality paint finish and help the paint process to become flawless and appears to be factory finish and also ensure to be environmentally friendly. Since we have the paint booth with baking cycle our paint jobs efficiency is three times faster than other booths without the baking cycle. In addition, we have the most updated digital painting camera that helps us retrieve a perfect color match finish. We acknowledge that having up-to-date technology is incredibly important from the point of view of quality as well as cost of work. We have the latest training on all technologies used in the shop.
