I grew up in a Mary Kay home, my mother is National Sales Director Emeritus, Donna Weir. So, I have loved this company for a very long time and have seen first hand what kind of impact the products and the business opportunity have on people & their families. I very much enjoy people and Mary Kay allows me to meet many - through my customers and my team.
