As read on other review pages, the owner of West Salon and Spa is very full of herself. Her own employee's even divulge to their clients that they don't enjoy working for her. My experience was on 3 seperate occasions, I was called to come back to the salon to pay more money. What business does that? Also, I am a customer who comes every 5 weeks for a cut and colour. I have very short hair and would pay 160, plus buy product. The latest was I bought an entire facial line called Arbonne. It was 400.00. When I called the salon to say my face was reacting....no response. Also, they never give you an invoice....just a debit receipt, so how do you know how much you are paying? The owner then proceeded to send me a harassing email when I took longer to pay than she wanted. Stylists are great, but I won't go back. Terrible taste in running a business.
