Description
The week I turned 40 I became a Beachbody Diamond coach! I am a happily married the mother of 3 amazing and active children. I am also a teacher and lacrosse coach. Fitness is a very important part of our lives. I am originally from Philadelphia, but have lived in Victoria, British Columbia Canada since July of 2000.
I used Beachbody products to get fit and healthy after having my 3rd child (over 6 years ago). I have been an avid fan of Beachbody ever since. I can honestly say I am in the best shape of my life thanks to Beachbody products.
As a sports coach for most of my adult life I am ready to help coach people to the best shape they have ever been it. I have experienced this first hand, so I know it can be done.
My Progress My fitness goal:Lose Weight
After having my son in 2006 I used Slim in Six to help me get back in shape. I then discovered Turbo Jam and LOVED it. Turbo Jam got me excited about Beachbody and since then I have done p90X, Chalene Extreme, Turbo Fire, Insnaity, Brazil Buttlift, Les Mills Pump, p90X 2, and Asylum. I am in the best shape of my life...and I was a competitive athlete in University!! Beachbody keeps me motivated and excited about fitness.
