A nutritionist is qualified natural health practitioner, providing guidance, counselling and workshops to individuals, families, and groups about proper food choices and healthy lifestyle. My mission is to teach you how to build and maintain your health by determine the root causes of your issues (using questionnaires and other data), and offering practical solution involving menu- planning, nutrition education, food prep courses, coaching, special needs diets, and more. As such, one of my primary responsibilities is educate the client and encourage selfresponsibility for his health.
