Conrad is a very good, honest, straight-up renovator. He also has a strong network of sub's that help him get the specialty duites done efficiently and on time. He recently redid our ensuit (soaker tub and shower with printed, cultured marble). Everything was installed on budet and on schedule without a hitch. Conrad's style is not-pushy, but instead flexible and insightful...and he know what will work and what won't. e is willing and able to fit your needs into a restrictive budget or expand on the luxuries, if you request.
