We only accept payment beforehand. We have never received any payment from Mr. Shemesh. You claimed to have payed in full but have edited your post which we have screenshots of you saying "He never showed up on the day we booked after paying him full in advance". We also have text messages from Mr. Shemesh stating he will not pay prior to departure. (proof below) https://imgur.com/a/1i8aN Here is proof mr. Shemesh is lying about making payments. This is defamation. https://imgur.com/a/8dPt1 We do not change our company policy for payments. With this definitive proof it is obvious Mr. Shemesh has been leaving a false review.
