Description

Cindy is a Registered Acupuncturist (General Prov.). She received her intensive clinical training and Bachelor of Acupuncture from Xinmen University in China. Along with her traditional training, she had a two month internship in the Rehabilitation Department of Guangdong Provincial Hospital, Guangzhou, China. Cindy also has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from McMaster University.
As a TCM acupuncturist, Cindy specializes in treating clients in using Traditional Chinese Medicine, which targets the root of the condition or pathology, from tongue diagnosis, pulse diagnosis, client’s history and lifestyle patterns, to analyzing the condition, then treatment through a plan of needling, cupping, heat therapy or bleeding. She also strongly believes in treating the body as a whole to optimize peak performance and overall health. Her clinical experience includes but is not limited to: Infertility, various gynacological condition, cosmetic acupuncture, digestive system problem, pain control, stroke and weight loss.
