PowerSwitch Computer Repairs was established on May 26th 2012 by Mike Welch of Kirkland Lake, Ontario. A well known IT Technician from his town, Mike started his career at Exclusive Computers and quickly rose to Service Manager until the companies closure in 2011. Not wanting to give up his passion for computers, he worked from home doing repairs for previous customers and companies that he dealt with from his previous employment. Seeing an opportunity arise to start anew, PowerSwitch Computers was an idea that quickly became his primary focus.
