I am a Reiki Master in both Usui and Karuna Reiki, and also practice Quantum Touch. I use the healing powers of crystals and include intuitive readings and spiritual coaching within my sessions. Reiki is a gentle, holistic energy healing process that enhances spiritual, emotional, mental, and physical health. It is effective in reducing pain, fatigue, stress and emotional disorders, easing symptoms from all types of illness or addiction. A Reiki treatment can revitalize body energies and reinstate mental and emotional health, allowing you to see clearly, focus easily, and provide a feeling of relaxation and well being. Quantum touch is an energetic healing modality using light touch, the breath, and various visualisation techniques to assist in easing physical and emotional pain as well as overall rebalancing of the physical, emotional, and spiritual self. I am mobile and come to you in the comfort of your own home. I treat both animals and people and sessions are individualised according to your unique needs.
