Should have known better when they couldn't be bothered to answer their 800 number, but gave them the benefit of the doubt and placed an order and paid for a hitch kit they indicated they had. Two days later I get an email indicating that they couldn't supply the product I ordered and now I am in a fight with them to be refunded the e-transfer "cash" I paid them. Even though I was told it would be issued.
