The after sales service is terrible. His warranty is useless. He only shows up is he smells money. After he installed my furnace, there were problems and after taking the first call, he knew that he would not get any more money as it was still under warranty. So he doesn't answer any more of my calls. The guy is a fraud. If you want good, reliable service, don't call Nimish.
