I am going to complain about this guy to Better Business Bureau. He was unprofessional and his was sloppy. Honestly I called him because he was cheap. But now I have to call someone else to get the work done again. I called him to treat minor cockroach infestation. He said he provided a gurantee. 2 days after his visit I started seeing cockfroaches. 2 weeks later it became worse. A month later I called him again. This time I researched online regarding online regarding how the gel should be applied and what is most effective. I realised his work was very sloppy. He used the gel sparingly, did not keep the right space between each wax application and avoided going behind the appliances. I feel ripped off.
