Unfortunately, we had a bad experience with Ruby's Limousine. The vehicle was not clean; it appeared that it had not been used in some time. There was dust everywhere and it did not smell good at all. In spite of booking several months in advance, the driver had not researched the route to the destination and asked the passengers for directions. The trip was not smooth. The driver accelerated and braked quickly, causing passengers to be tossed around in the back. The driver also insisted on dropping the passengers off over 30 minutes before the planned arrival time, insisting that the time we had booked was shorter than the original contract stated. All in all, a bad experience. Although these concerns were brought to the company's attention, they were unwilling to accept any responsibility (they actually argued with us and called us "cheap"). I would not recommend their services, nor would I ever use them again!
