If I could give them a 0 definitely would. Had my taxes done in 2017 there and got a great return was pleased at the time. Fast forward 1.5 yrs later. CRA demands $1600 because they screwed up and over claimed me on tools. So I pay for a service and I get stuck with a bill on account of their {expletive} up. Been calling them and head office for over 3 months now and still cant get a call back. I will neve give them or the company the time of day again. I would strongly suggest you either do your own taxes or take else where as they clearly failed at math.
