I moved to High Level for just over a year, during that time I had to make many visits to the Home Hardware the staff was always kind and courteous. Many of the staff members went out of their way to help you find what you were looking for or suggesting other places in the town to look. During one visit there I bought a set of dishes, after taking them home and opening I realized that they must of been the ones on display as one set was missing, I returned to the store and explained the mistake, the staff member was extremely helpful going so far as to offer a discount for the mistake. The store also carries a variety of giftware that one would not expect to find in a hardware store. I would definitely recommend visiting the store for their helpful service.
