Today when I got my niece there to her nails, I have noticed the strong smell of nail polish and acetone. When I have mentioned to them, one of the employee, although the manager was there, replied badly back to me: Have u ever been in any nails salon ever??? This is normal. I said ofcours I 've been. Probably your ventilation system does not working properly. Rudely she replied, not at all. Then 3 employees with manager turn to speak in their mother language and didn't speak even one word in English or French. Aren't they supposed to be polite in front of their customers in exchange of their money and give the fair services???
