As a Travelling therapist i come to you we have individual sessions that can be held at your home or you can come to us the rates for individual are based on time 30mins. 25$ and 1 hour is 35$. (Group sessions) In this guided meditation , participants journey down a private path; encounter their own personal guide and shadow; feel love , joy , hope, and optimism; and learn to accept themselves no matter what is going on in their lives.There are many different relaxation methods and address many different issues from trying to quit smoking to weight loss stress management , career development , centering enhancing self-esteem , for breastfeeding mothers a session for children also vitamin T Imagery the nurturing nutrient found in healthy touch, by imagining they are receiving a massage. I also offer massage. Host a relaxation party with your friends an evening of non stress a mental vacation.Your taken through a calming and relaxing experience nice smelling candles calming music , for 1HR you are in pure relaxation , by hosting the party you will get a free 1hour massage to be arranged the cost for this is 35$ each participant also near the end of the session a choice of a foot massage or neck massage just before we wrap up.A 10$ voucher will be handed out to all that attend the party and can be used toward any personal relaxation sessions or massage bookings if there are more parties these vouchers can be collected and combined.
