CAA Peterborough

My car broke down for the first time and I was scared and unknowledgeable of what was going on. I called CAA under my moms membership and they wouldn’t send a tow to come pick me up because I didn’t have my own membership. It’s in the middle of the winter and I was freezing waiting in my car. Finally after they transferred me to a different line I was explaining the situation asking if someone could pick me up in the mean time while I wait for a tow they hung up on me. I called back multiple times and no answer. Very unprofessional and rude staff over the phone. I was not happy with how they handled the situation. I won’t be calling them back ever again.
