Jimmy’s Coffee was born on December 6, 2009 at 107 Portland Street in Downtown Toronto. The owner (a serial entrepreneur), Phil Morrison, wanted to create a coffee cool place that welcomed everyone. He found the home of Jimmy’s in a complete disarray and gave it some love. He connected with Ashleigh “Max” Waters, a gifted barista and manager, and they got Jimmy’s Coffee off and running. The team at Jimmy’s is a group of unique individuals with a passion for coffee and customer service. It won’t take many visits before they will know your name and order. They want you to have a good cup of coffee – let them make it for you! They enjoy your company! Jimmy’s Coffee is so proud of appearing in NY Times, Eye Magazine, and Now Magazine. The place regularly is ranked in the Top of Independent Coffee Joints in Toronto.
