They are one of the leaders in custom orthotics. They work directly with the doctors - appointments are made through the doctors for visits, fittings, etc. They are very knowledgeable about the process of creating orthotics and make the patients very comfortable during the visits. Once the orthotics are ready they call the patients to come in for the fitting visit to ensure that everything is good, the fit is good and they are comfortable.
