Asked for natural looking streaks on my dark brown hair...and got bleach blond streaks because she forgot about me. Looked like a zebra. Had to dye my hair myself the day after. Waste of money and time. Stylist said it would cost 110, but when I went to pay she charged 135$ because she blow dried it...Would not recommend. If you go prepare to be scammed.
