Does not honour 5 year warranty or 10% discount. When mistakes and damage done by the business owner and/or employees, the blame is on the home owner and there is no resolve or attempt to remedy the issue on business owner's party. Horrible work done and damages will cost extra to remedy, and job will have to be re-done which means it will cost double now thanks to their mistakes and be more difficult to do in the future.
