We made two appointments with The Garage Door Guy and he failed to show for both. NO call prior to the appointment time, and NO calls afterwards to apologize for the no-show or an attempt to re-schedule. Extreme lack of courtesy. NOT recommended if you don't want to waste your time waiting for someone who doesn't show up.
