Renaud Consulting began in 2007. Company founder, Rick Renaud, developed the foundations of our philosophy through the management of institutional and residential rental properties in Ottawa ON and Western Quebec. We ensure new and existing clients will have the dedicated services of a professional property technician/inspector.[br][br]

Rick Renaud-Owner of Renaud Consulting, has 20 years of experience in property inspection/maintenance and service. He started out working for a School Board as a maintenance technician, he also managed a large 160 unit property in Ottawa ON. there isn't much he hasn't seen in the property services world.[br][br]
