Not all IT guys are created equal! Farouk has been setting up our network, adding new hardware, and providing us with excellent IT solutions for the past several months. He has been a great find for my small electrical contracting business. Farouk has collaborated with us by introducing new technologies that will help cut our overhead costs and reduce our paper consumption by 99%. He also took the time to research several apps, such as gps tracking, which will improve dispatching operations and make fleet utilization more efficient. He is quick to respond to my e-mails and texts and answers his phone when he's able. I'm super-comfortable leaving Him alone at our office if I need to run out for an errand.
