I found Creative Simplicity Photography of Burlington Ontario to truly be UNPROFESSIONAL. I showed up to a SCHEDULED appointment at her house (of all places). To my horror, I show up and her sister or whoever she was tells me she was out of the city and not unavailable. In a subsequent phone conversation with Tracy she was rude and unapologetic for missing our scheduled appointment. Save yourself the frustration and aggravation, take your business else where. Creative Simplicity Photography in Burlington is a waste of your time.
