I had misfortune in selecting HeppAir to install a furnace despite their being the highest quote. Bob gave an excellent presentation about his firm being in business for over 10 years, insured, licences and prompt customer service.After installation, he left without a filter, filter cover and loose filter casing in the air intake box. Despite numerous attempts via phone calls and e-mails, he would not respond. My tenant called him as a prospective client, made him aware of the deficiency he left behind, which is a health hazard. He subsequently left the filter on the porch. but to date has failed to fix the filter box, where filter is sitting loose and without a cover, permitting room air into the air intake. Warranty Registration is still an issue. No energy refund of $250 and no $250 gift Coupon as advertised. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
