Turtle Jack's is located in various location in Ontario and offers a great atmosphere for business meetings and family gatherings. I have been there twice and my experience was not ideal. For lunch, the food was cold and the fish and chips was not crispy anymore. For dinner another time, we were seated at the bar area and received no service from any waiters for the first half an hour. The tables beside us all had service and I had to walk to the bar and ask the bartender who my waiter is just for me to get a menu. After getting the menus, it took forever for the waiter to come back to get our orders. We were starving by then. Overall, bad experience.
